Comfort Suites - Saskatoon

The pool area was spacious and enjoyable.

Check-in was frustrating. It took far too long, and I was initially placed in a room with a broken TV. After being moved, the second room had a cold thermostat and a filthy bathtub with blue mold. Late checkout ended up costing me more than expected due to unclear billing since no staff was available to clarify my checkout.

The location was peaceful and easy, within walking distance of Sasktel Centre.

We stayed in a King Suite with our four kids, and it was super spacious! The pool was a hit, especially the waterslide. We visited the nearby Centre Mall, which has everything from great stores to a fun food court. Breakfast had an awesome variety too!

My wife says that the phone check on our room at night woke the kids. It would be great if they could skip those calls for families traveling with little ones.

Had a very good stay for our road trip. We loved the room with all amenities, the bed was comfortable. Everywhere there was exceptionally clean. The staff were efficient and accommodating and the location was unbeatable to the arena.

great room but poor pool temperature

The king suite was spacious, providing plenty of room for our family. I appreciated how accommodating the staff were with our dog. The breakfast options exceeded my expectations. There were so many choices that my daughter was thrilled! The staff in the breakfast area kept everything organized and clean.

The pool temperature was a bit chilly, which wasn't ideal for swimming.

Families beware, great pool but noisy chaos

The pool was really nice and the hot tub was relaxing. I appreciated the friendly staff who were accommodating .

The pool area was spacious, keeping my kids entertained for hours. Breakfast had a decent variety and the staff made sure it was stocked. The room was clean and spacious, definitely appreciated the extra sitting area. The air conditioning unit in our room was tricky. Sometimes it wouldn't respond, leaving us a bit too warm. We also noticed some parts of the hotel, especially the bathtub, could use a deep clean. While the breakfast was nice, some items ran out quickly and weren't replenished fast enough. I enjoyed my stay, but a few improvements would make it even better.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free parking, indoor pool, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me find the best local taxi service, which I still remember. Everyone is friendly here. Don't miss the delicious breakfast!

Comfortable Family Stay with Room for Improvement

Our family enjoyed a spacious King Suite, but be prepared for potential disturbances during your stay. The complimentary breakfast was an unexpected highlight with a wide variety of options. Bring your own cleaning wipes just in case. The room could use a little extra attention.

I stayed one night in a Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds, Non-Smoking. The pool area was spacious and enjoyable for my kids. I appreciated the shampoo dispensers reducing plastic waste. The location was convenient for walking to the venue. Breakfast offered a great variety 😊
